Vista Point Properties

Vista Point Properties was incorporated in December of 2013. The concept of a real estate company arose from the need for property management services with investors who had purchased condominiums. In addition to offering our services to owners and investors, our on-site availability created many opportunities for real estate business from the developers of these projects looking to sell remaining condo conversions within the market. Vista Point Properties provides a complete package, which includes Condominium Association Management, rental management, and sales.

Today Vista Point Properties manages over two hundred rental properties, lists and sells single family homes and condominiums and manages a luxury condominium association in the Foothills of Tucson. Many of our new clients are referred by existing owners and/or tenants. By assessing owners needs in a property management company and comparing them to our business model we are able to find the right "fit" for both our potential clients and Vista Point Properties. If it is not a "fit" we can assist a potential client in their search by referring them to other reputable companies.
