Bill Norris, GRI, CAAM, Designated Broker/Owner

Bill brings with him over 10 years of experience in the real estate and association management industry and has recently incorporated Vista Point Properties, as Owner/Broker. Bill's experience in association management includes on-site management of large scale luxury and commercial condominiums. He has also received the designation of "Certified Arizona Association Manager" (CAAM) from The Arizona Association of Community Managers (AACM), a professional organization dedicated to promoting a positive understanding of community associations and the contribution of retaining professional management services. Mr. Norris is also a licensed Real Estate Broker in the state of Arizona, having operated two companies prior to Vista Point Properties as the Designated Broker. Working onsite at Veranda At Ventana Canyon Bill and his team market and sell condominiums for the developer, manage properties onsite as well as offsite, and assist buyers and sellers with their real estate needs.

Malea Norris, CAAM, Associate Broker/Owner

Malea grew up in and around construction, her father being a General Contractor in the Phoenix area, blue prints were always around the house. After trying her hand at architectural drafting, she realized her talents were better suited to Real Estate Sales. Relocated to Tucson from Phoenix in 1996, and earned her Real Estate Licence in October 1999. She has worked in the time share industry, for two semi custom builders, as an HOA manager and as managing broker for a real estate/property management firm before joining forces with her husband at Vista Point Properties. Her time is spent assisting with Condominium Association Management, working with owners to keep their investment properties maintained and rented, Helping sellers prepare their home for sale and getting it SOLD as well as helping buyers find the perfect home. Born in Hawaii, raised in Phoenix and settled in Tucson, shes been married for 25 years, with 2 beautiful daughters.

Patricia Brown, Assistant Manager of Sales and Property Management

Patricia provides the backbone to our organization. She has over 10 years experience in leasing and property management. In addition Patricia has experience in buyer and seller representation in the purchase of real estate. Patricia is a mother to four daughters, and a proud grandmother of two.

James Jones, Facilities Director

James Jones has over 20 years experience in the operation and maintenance of large scale multifamily housing communities. He is HVAC certified, directs the maintenance staff and oversees the upkeep of equipment and supplies as well as ensuring the buildings and grounds are maintained.  

Charles Spain, Lead Maintenance Technician

Charles has worked in the multifamily home maintenance industry for six years and is HVAC and pool certified. Charles' primary focus and expertise is in the assistance of all areas of maintenance and providing the upmost customer service for all of our clients and tenants. Charles is very much hands on. He has been with Vista Point Properties from the beginning and is a true Tucsonian as he was born and raised here in the Old Pueblo.

Martin Lopez, Maintenance Technician

Martin, "Marty" Lopez was born and raised in Tucson, Arizona. He has over 20 years experience in the multifamily maintenance industry. He is certified in pools and HVAC. A father to two daughters, Martin is very active in sports, coaching his daughters softball team for the last 4-5 years. Martin is always willing to go the extra mile to ensure things are done in a timley manner and done right for our residents, owners, tenants and his team members.
